A signed agreement/quotation will be required before work commences.
Monthly retainer packages must be paid for in advance.
Invoices will be sent out with completed work and payment is strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
Payment is required by cheque. Alternatively you may prefer to pay by BACS transfer. Details are available upon request.
Final proof reading is the responsibility of the client. All errors returned within 24 hours will be corrected free of charge.
Any additional expenses will be invoiced separately over the hourly rate.
